This is an agreement made between the applicant registering their business through the Garstang E-Commerce Forum Web Site and A & N Consulting. The agreement relates to the applicant's entry at www.garstang.com and the services thereof.

The applicant, named on this page hereby applies (individually or acting on behalf of the business/company) to have his/her business details registered and included in the Garstang.com site. The applicant confirms that they have;

1. read and understood the terms & conditions

2. completed the Garstang.com Entry Application Form accurately

The Entry applicant acknowledges, understands and agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.A & N Consulting reserves the right to amend, modify, add to or delete any provision in this agreement or any aspect of the Garstang.com product or service.

At the end of the twelve-month entry period, and under no obligation, A & N Consulting will endeavour to renew/upgrade the applicant's entry.The Entry applicant accepts and acknowledges that A & N Consulting have the right to amend, modify, add to or delete from any aspect of the applicants entry in whatever way they see fit. The applicant accepts and acknowledges that A & N Consulting have the right to include/exclude the applicant from any aspect or area of the Garstang.com product or services.

Garstang.com is wholly owned by A & N Consulting. All rights reserved. Garstang.com is protected by UK copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Standard terms & conditions apply. Prices are subject to alteration without notice. All information is believed to be correct on going to press/print. Neither Garstang.com nor A & N Consulting are responsible for errors or omissions.

Comments on the Garstang.com product or services should be sent to Andy Procter at A & N Consulting (email aprocter@anconsulting.co.uk).Upon receipt of the completed Entry Application Form, A & N Consulting will invoice the client direct. Upon full payment of the invoice, the applicant's entry details will be included within the Garstang.com product and services.

Garstang.com entries are sold by A & N Consulting direct and through a chain of registered and authorised resellers. If you would like to be considered as a reseller - contact A & N Consulting direct. Neither Garstang.com nor A & N Consulting are responsible for any actions by any third parties as a result of obtaining the Entry applicant's business details.
